I was never the athletic kid or particularly fond of anything that took significant amounts of physical effort.

I started working with Chelsea in the fall of 2016. Having never done any “real” working out in my life, I was amazed at the things she would ask me to do - and at my own ability to actually execute the lifts! While it wasn’t always easy - especially on the nutrition side as I am 100% a stress eater - Chelsea was there for me every step of the way. She never made me feel like I asked any stupid questions, and was supportive of every milestone we hit. Even when I would have a bad week or two, I never felt judged - she simply gave me the tools needed to get back on track.

Since I started this journey I have lost (and kept off!) 40 lbs while continuing to gain more muscle! I am so appreciative of everything I learned during my time training with Chelsea as it has helped me keep from reverting back to my old ways and continue to find and work toward new goals!
